DGND3700v2 PPPOE issue unable to send userid

We have router DGND3700v2 which can't connect to the ISP using PPPoE through WAN Port (UTP Port).

If we use other router, it can connect normally.

Current firmware in DGND3700v2 is 1.1.00.26.

I have screen shot from wireshark that can compare the authentication with Xiaomi Router and DGND3700v2.

Do you happen to have any special characters in your userID or password that you use to log into your ISP? If so see if you can change your password to something basic then try to connect.

The username and password are all number.

any idea why this router don't send the username ?
