DM 200 issue

I am stuck on the Wizard is performing quick scan of PVC/protocol; please wait... The screen stays up for a long time and redirects me eventually. I chose the "yes" setting for help in configuration since I don't know much about this type of thing.

I had to get my internet provider to come back out. I didn't have connection and my provider never checked. The internet provider set my connection to my apartment and then the modem worked after.

Hello Ralphcolejr

Try to factory reset the modem by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try the setup agian. I also linked a setup guide.

Did you manage to rectify the problem as mine doing the same thing and there's nothing in the how to guide
