DSL Network Password on Modem

I was told by ATT that to regain my internet connection, I need to change the DSL Network Password and User ID on my modem. Does anyone know how I would go about doing this?

I have a DM111PSPv2 ADSL2+ Modem

Have they given you a new password and username?
