Dm200 modem to stop working with nbn

Recently my ISP contacted me to say that my internet may no longer work after nbn update something, Netgear won't let me contact them which is ridiculous, so I come to you all for help, I will attach what my ISP said to me but something about nbn using different technologies and my vdsl modem won't support it, help!!!

Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with DSL modems and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this forum.
