Netgear Genie PC v2.4.52 can't login to router

Netgear Genie PC v2.4.52 can't login to router
Genie works from iOS and Android while it can't access the router settings from Window 10 PC, with browser all fine.
I'm sure to specified the correct password and IP address, there remains the "circular animation" forever.
The router is a DGND3700v2 with latest firmware 1.1.00.26_1.00.26.
PC is up to date.
Ping has success.

No success, I have also tried to install Genie into another Win 10 PC with Wi-Fi this time, still can't login.
Only from smartphone's apps no problems.

OK you can login to the router with an iThing smartphone app.
In Windows are you using the browser or the desktop genie?
Have you looked into the possibility that Windows is blocking you for some reason? Kaspersky security is famous for doing that.

Success!
In meanwhile I had uninstalled the Windows Genie application after my last message here.
From browser I could already access without issues to the router, and I had already tried to disable KIS + Windows firewall on my PC, and also tried with a different computer without third-party protection, in both cases didn't work.
Now I have just redownload and reinstalled the Windows Genie, it connected straight, I'm in the same LAN network, din't touch nothing.
