PS4, how to throttle bandwidth?

Hi I have the D7000 Nighthawk router.

I play online FPS games on console a lot and it is said that they use something called lag compensation. By this it means the game gives an advantage to those who have poor bandwidth. A forum user with the same router as me once said he "edited the QoS settings and used my ps4's mac address to limit the maximum bandwidth to 1.5 down and 0.5 up".

I'm not quite sure how to do that, could anyone give me a quick guide? I have the PS4 directly wired to the nighthawk and want everything else to have normal fast connection and bandwidth.

Update, I've managed to apply QOS with the PS4 as highest priority. I see no way to limit the bandwidth for one device. I can limit the uplink bandwidth for everything, but not the downlink bandwidth?

No way to limit each devices download limit.
