UTM9S
Hi
We have had an issue with our UTM9S for a while
We have BT broadband with 5 static IP addresses inbound. The outbound is dynamic although BT have said we can use the 5 for outbound if configured correctly
The issue we have is our mail server authenticates with our smtp service via the IP, everytime the router reboots, we have to call them to update the new IP to allow outbound mail.
Is there anywhere in the UTM9S to set our exchange server (192.168.0.10) to g through one of the secondary wan addresses.
Any help would be appriciated, Thanks

Re: UTM9S
Please add the additional Static IP addresses as Secondary WAN addresses.
Go to Network Config > WAN Settings - edit WAN 1
Click the Secondary Addresses option at the upper right of the screen.
In the Add WAN Secondary Addresses section of the screen, enter the following settings:
• IP Address. Enter the secondary address that you want to assign to the WAN
interface.
• Subnet Mask. Enter the subnet mask for the secondary IP address.
If you have any inbound or outbound rule created for smtp service, edit the rule and change the WAN destination IP address pointed to the correct WAN secondary address.
