Wifi from router drops multiple times a day D7000v2 (V1.0.0.56_1.0.1 )

Experiencing frequent drop outs on this router. Interim fix is turning off and on again.

I have upgraded firmware, I have downgraded firmware, I have reset to factory settings, I've turned off all other WiFi devices, the list of mundane tactics goes on.

The router's lights stay on, it shows internet connection, cabled internet still works, but it plainly stops serving WiFi (both 5ghz and 2.4ghz channels).

I have noticed a strong correlation with a particular device (iPhone 😎 arriving home and then the WiFi dropping. But not 100% of the time. I've turned off WiFi on the iPhone, yet the issue persists.

I can confirm that the iPhone device seems to play a role in causing the wifi to stop being served by the router.
