Xbox One/Live NAT Moderate

Hi-Having issues with the chat/microphone functions on Xbox Live.  Called Xbox and discovered my NAT status is Moderate and needs to be open.  I think I opened them via the router but need to open them on the modem end.

These are the ports I need to open which will hopefully change the NAT to Open.

Help! What do I need to do on the router end?

Router: TP-Link Archer C1200

Modem: Netgear DM111PSP v2

Hello supers 

If you are running another router you would need to log into the DM111PSP and then go to Device mode then make it modem only this should stop the conflict.
