problems configuring D6000 device
Hi all,
connecting a pc or a notebook to my D6000 device the pc deskop get correctly a dynamic ip 192.168.1.3
i can ping the D6000 with (ip 192.168.1.1), but device management webpage don't appears (not from IE, not from Edge, neither if i try to connect to port 80 or 443 via telnet, theese 2 ports are completely not operating)
i've installed Netgear Genie utility, but it doesn't help too, it load for a while, after it say in red, router not found or not supported
(of course i disabled ipv6, windows firewall and kaspersky antivirus too)
of course i already tried to reset the device with the small reset button on the back
i guess this device is broken, but before sending it back to my supplier anyone can help me?
i can't access the web device control panel neither using wifi connection to the device (that works)
