Can I connect a USB WIFI receiver to Netgear D6200 modem router?

Hello everyone! I am able to receive a WIFI signal from my local library, however it's 700 meters away and out of range. Would I be able to plug in a USB WIFI antenna receiver to my Netgear D6200 modem router? I currently have no other available internet input available to the modem router. Thank you!

The USB port is not usable for networking.

You would need an Ethernet based Wi-Fi bridge. Something like a Ubiquiti Nanobeam.  Honestly, 700 meters is pretty far.  Even with the Nanobeam on your side, the signal from the library is going to be pretty weak without a dish-like antenna at the other end.
