D6220 - No support for G.inp - WHY?
Why does this router, which was only released a few months ago, support IPTV, Vectoring (great things) but not G.INP?
I am a plusnet fibre customer, but like everyone else in the uk (not fortunate enough to have cable that is) that uses BT openreach cabinet kit.... G.INP is enabled and this NEEDS TO BE SUPPORTED BY NETGEAR
I have a ticket open, and I have asked the engineer to explain why this isnt supported.
I know this router has the same chipset as the D7000 which supports G.INP so i dont know why netgear have done this.....
Is there anything that can be done to get netgear to upgrade the firmware to enable it?

Re: D6220 - No support for G.inp - WHY?
Hello sarczoid
All NETGEAR VDSL models support G.INP
G.INP require some feature bit configuration for different case. It could not always meet all ISP request. The existing setting is default chipset settings.
