D6300 WIFI 5G unstable and break

After the last firmware update D6300-V1.0.0.102_1.0.102 and restauration D6300-V1. 0.0.96_1.1.96 the 5G connection is very unstable and break my internet connection after each files tranferts to my NAS.

Unlike the 2,4 connection is very stable and doesn't have any problem. I was try a router reset, the update driver for my wifi card (Surface pro 3) without any result.

I found some discussions with the same reverse problem : 2,4 unstable and no problem with 5G but no solution found.

Thanks for your help if you have any suggestions availables.

Hi,

This might not help but firmware 1.0.0.102 killed the 5ghz side of my D6300. You could see the SSID with full signal strength but not connect to it properly. 2.4ghz side was fine. I've had to go back to 1.0.0.76 to get 5ghz working reliably again.
