Help! I've had a ring doorbell for 6 months, then one day it and my chime went offline. After 2.5 hours on the phone with Ring, they were able to get my chime online but not my doorbell. A lot of good that does! We've tried I think everything in the book. I'm connected to my 2.4 GHz , switched numbers around on my router, etc. Any ideas??
