R7000 DHCP Reservation

I'm trying to reserve a single IP address on a D7000, and the only information states that I can't do this with DHCP enabled.  Surely this isn't correct?

How do I do it?

Re: R7000 DHCP Reservation

There is support material, including a manual, for the R7000 somewhere at the end of this link:

>>>> R7000 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<

See page 125. Reserve LAN IP Addresses

Your footer says D7000. That is here:

>>> D7000 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<

See page 209.

Please decide what your model number is, D7000, R7000, or whatever,
and also report the firmware version.

   What "information"?  Manual?  Error message?

> I can't do this with DHCP enabled.

You "can't do" _what_, exactly?  "I can't" is not a useful problem
description.  It does not say what you did.  It does not say what
happened when you did it.  As usual, showing actual actions with their
actual results (error messages, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

> Surely this isn't correct?

Perhaps not, but that might depend on exactly what you did, and
exactly what happened when you did it.  Address reservation is possible
_only_ with DHCP enabled; it's a DHCP feature.

> How do I do it?

What, exactly, would you like to do?  (Why?)

Re: R7000 DHCP Reservation

In my router settings I do not see LAN Setup.

Without this option, I don't see a way to reserve an IP.

   Still wondering.

It should be under ADVANCED (tab) > Setup > LAN Setup :
Address Reservation

> Without this option, I don't see a way to reserve an IP.

It should be there.  (Unless you're running some non-Netgear
firmware.)

We still don't know what your hardware is. R7000 or D7000?
