Security options is missing

Hi,

I just got a D1500 router "netgear d1500 n300", the internet setup was easy and smooth no problems. But I can't find the security options anywhere, it's supposed to be under "Advanced" but it's missing.

I tried upgrading the firmware manualy from 1.0.0.15 to 1.0.0.23 but it didn't change anything.

Are you saying that you see nothing when you click the Advanced button?

I assume that you mean wifi security.

Did you "factory reset" the modem after the firmware update? That is sometimes needed when they may significant changes to what a device can do.
