VPN connection issues - Palo Alto Networks Global Connect
Hi
I've recently got this router and having a few teething problems.
When I'm connected using this router I can't connect to my company VPN. It looks like it connects, but ever minute drops the connection and restores it again.
When it is connected, I can't access anything on the VPN network either - and lookng at the stats very little traffic flows.
As soon as I switch to another WiFi network or swap to mobile hotspot it's fine - so it's deffo the router. (I can swap my old router back in and it's fine too)
Tried reading a few posts here and seems to suggest it's a known issue unfort... which is extremely disapointing since this is vital as I work from home a lot.
Any firmware versions this does work with, or any ideas as to what to try etc? Otherwise it's on ebay as it's a pile of junk.

The D7000 is a modem/router. Sadly, this means that it is less amenable to tweaks and firmware updates that are available on plain routers.
VPNs are a constant issue. Sometimes they need third party firmware.
The best place to ask for help is with the VPN operator. In this case, your company should be able to help.
