Cannot connect to Genie through wireless on WNDR3400v2

Hi,

I just bought the WNDR3400 v2 and set it up, to include installing the new firmware. I've also installed the Genie app.

The only problem I've been having is that I am unable to connect to either 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 (getting the "problem loading page" error on Firefox) or the Genie app (getting a Login Failed! Please check to see that this computer is connected to the NETGEAR router error) on my wireless applications (laptops or phones). I can connect the Genie app and the 192... webpage no problem on my desktop plugged directly into the router.

I've googled this, and have tried all the suggestions I found for people with similar problems, however I haven't been able to find the exact problem. I've also disabled my firewalls, without any luck.

This wouldn't be that big of a deal, however I can't connect to ReadyShare either on my laptop, which I would really like to take advantage of.

Any help will be greatly appreciated! TIA!

Hard reset the route since you already flash new firmware

Great, thanks! I thought I had hard reset it trying to fix it, but I guess I didn't do it right...
