"the product" is, what "the drivers" might be, what your "my browser"
is, on what your "my browser" is running, what you did, or what happened
when you did it.
Other than providing no useful information at all, it was a nice
problem description (except for the punctuation).
Or is this mess related to the following vacant/useless problem
If I were seeking help from volunteers, then I might try harder to
avoid wasting so much of everyone's time.

Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read.
"The drivers" part remains a mystery.
