Netgear WNR3500v2 Power LED blinking in Green.

Hello, recently I was given a Netgear WNR3500 V2 that is totally blocked. When I turn it on, the POWER light flashes green, but I cannot ping the address 192.168.1.1

I tried to reset it with the 30/30/30 method, reset it normal, I tried to use the TFTP method, but the problem is that when connecting my ethernet cable to any LAN port it is impossible for me to communicate with the Router.

I tried to try the Short Pin method, but I don't know how to do it.

  Thanks in advance.

What was the IP address of the device where you did this "ping"
command?

"cannot" is not a useful problem description.  It does not say what
you did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

How, exactly?  That's what I'd suggest.

I don't know what that means.
