New registered Router does not show up in Standard Security OpenDNS website
I bought a new Netgear 6700v3. I enabled it with my standard Netgear login and password like I have done with 7 other Netgear wireless routers. The Netgear 6700v3 wireless router works great so I enabled the Security for Netgear Live Parent Controls (NOT Disney Circle). I registered my Netgear 6700v3 wireless router with Netgear under my account I have 7 other Netgear wireless routers that I have used in the same way with Standard Security. However, this new one does not show up in my OpenDNS list after 6 days of waiting. Any ideas how to get whoever to connect this new Netgear 6700v3 wireless router like the 7 other Netgear wireless routers?

First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the back log in the system. Are you still having the same issue? If yes, could you please the status of the Parental Controls Window by logging into the router's ui via web? Enabled or No Enabled?
