Can’t get my internet to work

I have a nighthawk 1900 and the internet just randomly stopped working. I’ve called Comcast and nothing. I’ve done a hard reset and still nothing. From my phone it just keeps popping up with some login thing that I never seen before. I can’t even login into PlayStation. Nothing works anymore.

thats the password setup/recovery feature. 

Looks like the router got set back to factory.

try going through the install process again. 

what actual router do you have? AC1900 is a speed, not a model

Ok sorry, it’s c7000v2 and I don’t know how to install.
All lights are on wifi box just won’t connect

1. do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event log? Hardwire a pc/laptop into it to get those

2. you said the wifi just won't connect. What actually happens? Is it not broadcasting? Do device see it broadcasting but say wrong password? Do they connect but say "connected, no internet"?  The more you can tell us about whats going on, the better we can help. 

3. how old is the device?

If I reset the internet works for a split second then shuts off. Then when I try to click the wifi name it first takes me to that login page. The router I believe is 3 years old. It was literally working two days ago, now I can’t do anything and I have work tomorrow

Factory resetting? Rebooting?
