Can’t login to admin I have factory reset the router have same problem saying not found or supported

Having same issues,
I was able to control internet on kids computer and phone now I can’t even sign, router not found
Please help

Hi all,

 

To confirm, are you referring to the Genie app? If so, on which platform (Android, iOS, PC, Mac)? And have you tried logging in using another device?

I’m the same

I’m on iOS and can’t login. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but no luck.

I can not logon to the genie app using my iPhone. It will not let me change the username from admin and even using the factory settings will not allow me to login. Not sure what’s going on.

Same here on iPad/iPhone. 3 updates ago it worked now it doesn't!

R7000 NIGHTHAWK smart
Factory reset didn't work nor did throwing it against the ground and then beating it with a hammer.

Router model and firmware please.

And let me guess: The Genie App is run on iOS?

We're facing hundreds if not thousands of reports and complaints for many weeks (not only) in this community. Netgear managed to mess up thier iOS Apps (both Genie and Nighthawk and destroyed the APIs called on the router on many routers with recent firmware updates.

Why doesn't this reach the Netgear consumer division top management taking immediate actions is beyond me. @ChristineT @Christian_R
