No longer have access Drop down menus in Genie

Hi all,

I have an old WNR3500Lv2 and updated the Genie software to V1.2.0.54

In the Genie menu I used to be ble to access from a dropdown menu's pages to configure the router.

Now there are no dropdown menus's and cannot access for example manual setting for IP etc.

Is this a change and normal?

Maybe someone can explain a reason, or help?

Tony

I checked downloads and could not even see the version V1.2.0.54?

It is still there.

Re: No longer have access Drop down menus in Genie

Sorrry I should have tried harder to find the forum. Even that is not well thought out either.

Anyway, loads written on this, poor show from such an established company from the comments.

I checked downloads and could not even see the version V1.2.0.54?

So is it possible to revert to an older version? I just cannot see this being that easy if it had of been an option. It would have been recommended long ago.

Hi,

Thank you for the assistance. It's been ages since I used this netgear and thanks to your help I now recall how to access through .net login
