Readyshare Vault doesn't recognise USB pendrive

 IN genie Previously, sorry for my bad english, i write from Italy.

I have installed a usb pen drive on my Router R7000.

In Genie it is ok and work fine (see photo 1).

ReadyShare Vault doesn't recognize the device and i cannot select it (see photo 2)

Can you help me ?
