incorrect password
We are trying to connect a Fire stick and it is stating we have an incorrect password. We have changed the password and still stating incorrect password.
Please advise.

1. what router do you have?
2. do you have an incorrect password?
3. make sure there isn't any spaces or special characters in the ssid/password. some firesticks/roku's struggle with those

What device you want the Firestick connect to, respectively enabling a WiFi association to?
Keep in mind Netgear Genie (the App for Android, iOS, Windows, MacOS) was retired a longer time ago, and replaced by the Nighthawk App (formerly Plus App), Orbi App, Netgear Mobile (for NETGEAR Mobile Hotspots), ...

That will be the wifi password. Can other things connect?
What Netgear device are we talking about?
