netgear genie

I can not get to netgear genie by using run command and the router IP.

I can use the browsers Chrome and Edge to get to it. 

In the past I was able to use the run window short cut to get to the router page and it was very handy. How can I get it to work again.

    You refer to the genie. This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac program for a PC, or a mobile Android/iThing app. Netgear labels them all as genies. Which are you using?

     

    What are you trying to achieve?

      I have posted a JPEG of the one I have. 

      Not sure which one it is.

      I want to be able to use the RUN window to get to it like I used to do. 

      It was a short cut where I would open the run window and select the IP for the router.
