BR200 IPSEC VPN behind my ISP Router

Hi, I have a BR200 router that i recently bought.

Is it possible to do a IPsec VPN on the BR200 to another Vendor VPN device.

Also Is it possible for a VPN connection to be established with the BR200 behind my ISP router which is connected via dsl to the ISP.

Currently my BR200 router has a private IP adddess on its WAN inteface

    Davoxx,

    Welcome to our community! :)

So you want to set up a site-to-site VPN using the BR200 to another VPN router. It should work just fine without any issues as long as the credentials are correct but it will not work if the WAN interface of the BR200 has a private IP address. You may need to set the ISP router to bridge mode in order for the IPsec VPN to work and receive a public IP on the WAN of the BR200.

    Regards,

Thats's the price for not implementing L2TP for site-to-site and client IPsec connections on BR200/500. A long way to go to a Business Router product....

      Thanks for your assistance.

Can BR200 device admin page be reached or configured using a public IP address ?
