Have a FVS318G ProSafe Gigabit 8-Port VPN Firewall. No packaging or manual. Is there any way to determine which hardware version, FVS318G-100NAS or FVS318G-200NAS? Possibly by serial number?
You may try to compare the firmware version of your device to our support site. As per the firmware version, FVS318Gv2 has the initial release of v4.3.1-9 and for the last firmware of the FVS318G is v3.1.1-18.
