INSIGHT. the POE become inactive for no reason on random ports

Hello,

We deployed some GS752TPv3 and GS724TPv3 for a customer through Insight and randomly many ports close their POE even if the config is at Active POE.

The POE devices stop working and the only workaround we found is to disconnect the switch to the Insight management and the POE is become functional.

Has anyone experienced this problem before and found the solution?
