ReadyNAS Surveillance Cannot Activate License

Hi,

 

I have 3 registration codes (2x 4, 1x 2) for Surveillance on my 214 Readynas.

I had to reset the device cause of a boot error.

 

The list with licence codes after the reset is EMPTY.

I cannot re-register any of the Licence Codes I have used before. (1x 4, 1x 2)

 

Error i get is: 
"You have reached the maximum channels. The limitation of extensible channels is 7."

 

Please help.

  • Looking into the issue i see i need to have the codes reset by netgear, but finding a contact email of phone seems nearly impossible, please help asap.

  • Contact to Netgear support to deactivate licences on Netgear server. This is usual practice.

      YES, HOW? the support route is terrible, it keeps prompting for paid support...

        Payment is not required for licence reactivation. I paid nothing.
