You can disable Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP) on a port level for the Netgear GS108T. Here are the steps to do so:
1. Log in to the switch’s web interface.
2. Navigate to Switching > STP > CST Port Configuration.
3. Select the port you want to configure.
4. Change the STP status to “Disable”.
5. Apply the changes.
