FSM7328S VLAN Routing question

I have a new EPL (L2) connection between office locations. Can I use two FSM7328S switches to accomplish this?

What exactly is the plan - stacking two FSM7328S at the two locations over a Gb EPL, and run the locations on different VLANs with L3 routing?
