I am in need of help. Some how by switching to image2 from image1, the switch is bricked. All the port lights are on, the power LED stays on orange instead of green like it did. How do I go back to the image1? I know image1 is not corrupted but it's in excellent working condition. I mean all I did was switch to image2. Both image was the same version. But I didn't know image2 was corrupted. Need help please.

Console is dead too. Just came back home with a null modem cable. 9600 8n1 in Device Manager and Putty, nothing. Checked the cable wiring with multimeter, 2 connected to 3 and 3 connected 2 and 5 connected to 5; so it is crossover cable.
Also tried with 2 computers. one with com and one with usb com.
It seems that the switch is already bricked. Please open a ticket on NETGEAR support and let them know the status of the switch. If ever the device is under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.
