M4300-525 Main UI access

Hallo,

The main UI interface is not accesspile, only the AV works.

I compared the configuration with a similar switch(same model, same firemware version) but found nothing.

The login via https//ip:49151 but also don't works .

Any help?

Re: M4300-525 Main UI access

Do check if HTTP is disabled and if HTTPS is actually enabled using "show ip http" and if a SSL/TLS certificate is installed (or at least a self-signed certificate is present). The command should show all three information you might be looking for.

Context: This has happened to me in the past when I restored a configuration onto a replacement switch but wondered why HTTPS wasn't working afterwards only to realized quite a bit later that no certificate was present - hence the switch couldn't actually enable HTTPS (and I also had disabled plain HTTP).

Use the OOB and/or the console port instead.
