Netgear M4300-24XF - Attaching the rack mount kit at the back side

Dear Community,

as the Netgear M4300-24XF has front-to-back airflow it seems to be highly recommended that one does not mount this switch with the front towards the rear side of a rack but always with the front towards the front side of a rack where the cold air comes from.

But as we do not have enough space for cabling at the front of a particular rack in a datacenter we are asking if this switch can be mounted at the back side of a rack but with its body and front towards the middle space and the front of this rack.

To achieve this mounting position we would like to mount the rack mounting kit not at the front of this switch but in reverse order and position at the back where there are also screw holes that seem to be suitable.

Is this plan possible?
