Port Link Up/Down

I am having an issue with the port state on the root port going up and down randomly. This port has a Nanostation locoM5 connected to it that sends data from one building to another. This Nanostation is configured to be the Station. There are 3 VLANs being sent over the wireless bridge. I have confirmed the Nanostations are configured correctly for the application. I am new to setting up a network like this and am questioning the configuration of the switch port. While the link state is up, everything works perfectly. As soon as the link state goes down, I lose internet to that building. I have connected to a different port to rule out a physical port issue. It is happening randomly and several times throughout the day. Can anyone help me on where to start looking into the issue?
