TiVo Roamio Pro falling off network
I have a TiVo Roamio connected to a GS724Tv4. About once every 1-3 months, the Netgear switch shuts off the power to the port that the TiVo is connected to. Restarting the switch solves the problem. No other devices on the network show similar behavior.
I probably am not skilled enough to have this sophisticated a network switch.
What can I do to resolve this?
Thank you.

Hi sayremr,
Welcome to our community!
What have you done so far? Have you tried upgrading the firmware to its latest version?

I updated the firmware to version 6.3.1.19 today. Previously, the firmware was 6.3.1.16.
I also made sure that the IGMP Snooping Status is set to "Disable" as recommended in this post. This work had already been done as well.
I made sure that all of the "Green energy" settings were turned off too. They have been off for a year.
Do you have additional suggestions to try?
Thank you.

Just part of our workaround, you may try to reset it to factory default. Do you have any configurations done on the switch?
