Hello, i currently want setup a local network using GS324T S350 and i'm looking for information about it.
Does it have an equivalence for "ip-helper address" on the switch ?

Afraid no. These are basic L2 switches, dedicated DHCP servers should by accessible on all VLANs resp. IP subnetworks. There is no such feature like DHCP helper, IP helper, ...
