Connexion impossible

Bonjour,

 

J'ai acheté un Meural MC315 et impossible de me connecter avec l'application Android !

J'ai toujours le même message "Le canevas est déjà enregistré" !!!

C'était un article en exposition dans le magasin et je me demande si un compte a été fait par eux et maintenant impossible de me connecter avec mon compte !

Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?

I bought a Meural MC315 and I can't connect with the Android app!

I always get the same message "The canvas is already saved"
"...it seems that your work area has been set up with another account or the device key is incorrect. Try again or contact technical support."

This was an item on display in the shop and I'm wondering if an account was made by them and now impossible to log in with a new account!

Can you please help me?
