Meural Canvas ii shuts down when I put in on a bookshelf
I just bought this Canvas II to place on my built in shelves in my living room. For some reason, when I place it on the shelf, it brings up a message that it's powering down and not to restart for 20 seconds. Then it doesn't turn back on as long as it's on this shelf. I bring it down and sit it on the table and it works fine. I bought it to go in that location so extremely disappointed as there seems to be no reason why it would do this. Anyone else experience this and if so, what did you do to fix? I have it on continuous power mode and no timers set.

does that shelf put in the shade/darkness? there's a setting for sleep when room is dark. Maybe its coving the sensor so it seems dark. You can disable that option in the settings.
