When copying images to an SD card for use on the Meural, do I copy both the original JPG file and the thumbnails that the support article refers to?

Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

The original JPG file is the only file required for the Meural to display your works. 

Please ensure that all photos are formatted with one of the following extensions:
Dimensions for images in either vertical or horizonal orientation:

• For vertical images: 9:16 ratio, cropped to fit 1080 x 1920
• For horizontal images: 16:9 ratio, cropped to fit 1920 x 1080
