Question About Nighthawk® LTE Mobile Hotspot Router
I'm considering the purchase of a MR1100. My house only gets Internet via AT&T Wireless. I've been using the AirCard for a while now and considering upgrading. The AirCard plugs into a docking station that provides Ethernet connections.
I notice the MR1100 has an Ethernet connection but from what I read it is only used as a primary Internet connection with failover to wireless? In my house I have a mix of wired and wireless devices. Can I plug an Ethernet switch into the MR1100 Ethernet connector and be on the same LAN as the devices connected via wireless? Or is it really dedicated to the Internet-facing side only?
Thanks,
Kevin

Re: Question About Nighthawk® LTE Mobile Hotspot Router
You can either connect another Router via the Ethernet port, or a Switch. But suggest to have another Wireless Router as your primary home router, to have better WiFi coverage, while MR1100 set as LTE modem.
