Hi All,
I know this topic has been raised before, but I cannot find an open discussion.
I have a Telstra MR1100/M1 modem, and since upgrading the firmware to NTG 9X50C_12.06.02.00, the display only shows, "Detecting Services."
I have tried rolling back the f irmware, but only get "Error16."
So, can anyone help or advise or direct me to a solution?
Mant thanks in advance.

Re: Telstra MR1100 Nighthawk Data Usage Problems.
Telstra made some changes on their data usage server and broke the data usage display on M1. We are testing a fix for this issue and will have it addressd soon in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for your patient.

Re: Telstra MR1100 Nighthawk Data Usage Problems.
The "detecting service" error is where they are trying to detect the service to show the usage.
My system wasn't updating the usage so I factory reset it in the hopes of fixing it and now have the "detecting service" error.

Re: Telstra MR1100 Nighthawk Data Usage Problems.
Yes, Niko_S, I agree!!
It may be a bigger problem, as I am useing a standby 4G modem, "Telstra 4GX USB+Wi-Fi Plus. It is also showing "Data usage information currently unavaiable."
This would suggest a Telstra problem, but until we are advised, we do not know!

Yes from what I read, all they (telstracrowdsupportforum) say in responce is "contact customer service or the support centre."
This does not fix the issue!!
What next?

Hopefully we’ll see something from them in January/February (I would think next week at absolute earliest).

Telstra is testing our new release. I expected the fix will be pushed out by us in the next one or two weeks. Please standby.
Thanks for your patience.

Re: Telstra MR1100 Nighthawk Data Usage Problems.
This data issue is why I have been attempting to get into the app.
But I can't find how to change the device password I set and forgot
I seem to be able to change every other Netgear password except this one
One support link states that there is a server error which is being fixed???
If you want to pay for support they advise that a one time option is available, but when you go to the selection area that option is not shown, leaving only the more expensive comprehensive options. to choose from.
My device still works fine but because this issue, can't know if data allowances are exceeded.

Re: Telstra MR1100 Nighthawk Data Usage Problems.
Data usage is now correct. However prepaid expiry is incorrectly showing as 0 days left on the physical display on the hotspot. It shows the correct expiry on the web admin page.

Re: Telstra MR1100 Nighthawk Data Usage Problems.
Thanks for the quick update on this.
For the expiry date, please wait for a while to see whether it can be corrected. I suspected that UI was not updated in time due to some timing issues.

Re: Telstra MR1100 Nighthawk Data Usage Problems.
How long is a while?
It's showing correctly on the web page. It's the physical display on the unit that is showing the wrong value on my unit.

For Prepaid, please wait for 1 hour. The device will do data query every 60 minutes

Re: Telstra MR1100 Nighthawk Data Usage Problems.
Log in to WebUI and go to Settings -> Nighthawk M1 Status -> Device.
You can find the versions there.
Thanks
