lm1200 no signal light
So I just activated my lm1200 with a t-mobile plan from RC-4G. Prior to activation it was picking up a signal with a green light. After activation the signal light went dark. does this mean I am now picking up no signal at all? That the plan is perhaps using frequencies no provided by the closer towers?

That's a mobile modem. You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Mobile Routers, Hotspots & Modems
Those things are very different from the standard Netgear routers covered in this section.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

Hi @selittle
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Please contact T-Mobile to get the APN information and add it using the Web UI.
Kindly check as well if you have the right pan for the device.
Here's a reference of how to configure an APN profile [page 25 - 26]
