Can no longer pause internet, parental controls also off - RAX70

As the subject says, I've noticed recently that parental controls and the ability to pause are no longer functioning through the app. I can go into the device manager and pause, the green indicator goes red and it says "Blocked", but the device still has full internet access. Likewise I have certain content blocked via parental controls but that also is not blocking anything.

What mobile device are you using?

Happens on different devices? 

Uninstall and re-install the app? 

Has the Fw on the RAX router been recently updated? 

Factory reset and setup from scratch using the Nighthawk app?

Is there any update on this? I'm also experiencing the same behavior
