Orbi parental controls
I get an error when trying to toggle off ore tal controls (unable to toggle state SPC-DISABLE-FAIL) and also when I attempt to add a device to a profile.
I want SPC on but was trying to troubleshoot usage and history tracking not working either.
I cannot delete devices as well, but only on some of them.
I have the most recent firmware version on my RBR50 and attached satellite.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Firmware version: V2.7.3.22
Does a factory reset unwind all of the firmware updates? I had to do several manual updates to get to recent firmware versions, so just curious. I have not performed a factory reset since all of those updates several months ago.
No. Just clears out configurations and any lingering old FW code.
I also am having this issue, except I now no longer have the ability for most devices to connect to the router. I am unable to disable Smart Parental Controls. When I attempt to DISABLE it, I get error: SPC-DISABLE-FAIL. I have tried to restart my router and am on the most recent firmware.
What Orbi model do you have?
What FW version is loaded on the Orbi system?
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch with out enabling SPC?
