SPC profiles set up and worked for about a day and now do not work
Hi, we have configured the profiles (1 per child) and added all their devices to their profile. We have set internet limits per day. This worked for a day or so and has since stopped. It would come up with browsing history etc and now it is saying they are not online for the last 3 weeks.... Not sure what has happened. I have removed and reinstalled the app, deleted the profiles and created new ones. Nothing is working and we cannot limit the usage.
