How to log onto ReadyNas?
I have a ReadyNas, its on a private network. Trying to log on results in Network Connection Refused...
Anybody have a clue why? Have tried SSH, RAW, and telenet... Have even tried a crossover cable to the NAS.
The PC is configured on the same subnet..., and its firewall is turned OFF.
Thanks!!

Re: How to log onto ReadyNas?
use RAIDAR and click setup
or open a web browser and go to https://ip.of.nas/admin
the default login is admin/netgear1
note, ssh/telnet are disabled by default
there is an addon to enable ssh, but you do not need it to configure the device.
you should only enable ssh if you understand what you are doing, as its very easy to type the wrong command and lose your data or mess up the system/configuration.
