TIVO Bolt don't see NAS-312
TiVo Bolt not longer see the NAS-312
I start having the problem a week ago or litle more, my Tivos Bolt don't see my NAS-312, I reset the tivos, I change ip address, I reset router, switch, I did everything imaginable and still not luck, I don't know if this is an issue for a firmware from Tivo or from Netgear I don't know if I can go back in the NAS-312 to previous firmware without loosing my movies in the HDD, any idea or information will be appreciate.
Thanks

Did you recently update the NAS firmware? You can typically move backward in minor versions, but not major ones. So 6.10.3 to 6.10.0 or later is fine, but 6.10.3 to 6.9.6 or earlier isn't. But I wouldn't try that first unless somebody who uses a Tivo device can say that's really the cause.
I believe Tivo uses Plex to access the NAS. Have you checked to see if your Plex version on the NAS is up to date? Do you have any other device that uses Plex that can still see the NAS? Maybe just toggling Plex off and on will help.

Thank you for your idea, but my version is 6.10.4, I really don't notice where it is missing the connection with the tivo since I had the NAS off for few days, like 5 or 6 days, regarding PLEX I saw it charge 4.99, I really don't want to pay for that when I can stream directly from my NAS
(before I have this problem) and like I say in my post I check everythiing in the NAS also in the settings I saw my two tivos say Ready, but they still not showing in the Tivos, also I dissabled and enabled the Moca + Ethernet on the tivos, and still not showing. reallaay don't know what to do now, I'm afraid to loose my data in the HHD moving firmware back and forward, I really apreciate any help
Thanks

The advice I gave regarding reverting to old versions applies no matter what version you are runing. You can revert from 6.10.4 to 6.10.0 but no further.
Do you know what protocol the Bolt uses if not Plex? I think you need Plex to offload saved programs to the NAS, but I guess there are oither optins for just viewing files.
I do see some messages on various boards about issues with a Tivo update a couple days ago, so you should take a look at some of those, too.
